It is nice to hear from you again .
No one is against success anytime and anywhere. BUT, when the success is built on illegalities, then it will have many enemies. Israel is a very successful society and story and we all know how it was built. Talat Mustafa Group may have started honest and they start doing the following things:
1-Manipulating the contract terms.2- Graping a commonly owned areas and build on it.
3- Charging 8% fees when any owner sales his unit and after he paid for it.
4- Denying our rights to register our properties in our names.
5- Making all these engineering mistakes and buildings that is ready to collapse.
and on, and on...etc. then we will celebrate their success but it must be an honost one. All the best.
