| Dear Mr. Hassan:
You were very kind to explain the reason for the accumulation of the rains water on the streets of El-Rehab. You said that the reason is the pipes get clogged by the sand which requires its cleaning on a regular bases. So, you are admiting that the pipes were not cleaned.
On the next paragraph you emphasized that the JEHAZ cleans these pipes on a regular bases.
So, the question remains Sir is what has happened? . Either the JEHAZ did not cleaned these pipes at all, or you are just saying this to find an excuse for the negligence of the Jehaz????.
I like to think that the residence of our city are more intilligent than that what Mr. Hassan thinks.
