| Unfortunately residents of Rihab do not respect car parking, nor do they respect their neighbours.. when they allow their children to take us as hostages inside our homes and cannot enjoy the balconies because of their loud noises.. and screaming till late hours of the day.. we have complained many times to the security.. we shouted at the children, and we are the only ones who do that.. we look as if we are freaks .. why the residents are so weak about their rights?
