Dear Neighbors: I come to live in El-Rehab for 3 month every year during the great weather of the winter. I've been doing this since 2003 and in the first week when I start driving my car through El-Rehab streets I strugle with the disorderly conduct of the drivers. People will pass me from right and left do not yield or stop, use the horns for no reason and never alow anyone to cross the street even if the person is old, women, child..etc I treid once to etop for a lady, she looked at me with doubtful eyes and drivers behind me started to screem..
I looked around and found that the city is lacking the trafic signs and lights that control trafic. Ther is no STOP SIGNS, YIELD SIGNS, DO NOT ENTER SIGNS, NO PASSING SIGNS, PEDESTERIAN CROSSING SIGNS....ETC. I found few stop signs pointing the wrong direction.
So, I ask the JEHAZ to instal these signs and adopt a training program for the securty personals to teach them how to manage trafic.
I tried politely to correct people when I saw all these violations but they look at me like I've just landed from the moon. When I come back to the USA and drive my car I start to loose the sense of follow distance and cut infront of people, they also look at me like I've just landed from the land of!!!!!. All the best |
