Dear All: As one of the people who purchased units in Madinaty, I like to make sure that the company will not change these contracts.

 

As we all know about the hisory of this company and after they changed the contracts in El-Rehab, I am afraid that it will change its contracts after the reassigning of its land contract with government. They can claim that it is all new contract and increase the prices and no one can object and if you do they will refund your money less many of their fees of 5% as mentioned in the old contracts.

 

We must make sure that the government streesed the fact that TMG honor its contracts since the begining of the project and never allow them to do any chnages of any kind in it.

 

History of this company tells us that they abuse every soft point in the laws and contracts. For example, they are delivering less areas inside and outside the units and they claim that the contract permits them as it says plus or minus certain number, and many more.

 

This is just a thought.
