It is a clear failure of security on the streets

what happened in Alexanderia is a direct result of the lack of security personals on the street throughout all Egyptian Cities.
Dear Neighbour:

If we start looking closely to how did such a person or group of persons set up such car bomb on the street right across the street from a public gathering places without anyone sees him, we must have a ligitmate question WHER WERE THE POLICE AND SECURITY?.

In general, when I drive around in Cairo streets you find almost no existance to pilice. Every now and then you see on the highway a Police Pickup with an officer in the front talking on the phone and few week looking soldiers setting in the back half a sleep. All the drivers around them breaking every traffic law that exists and they do not care or mind to stop one or two and fine them

On the other hand when I see on television a peaceful dominstration annywhere, you find thousands of police officers in military gears surrounding them. I was told that the number of security personals (AMN MARKAZY) exceeds the number of the army soldiers. So, where are all these security people why thers is no cameras in front of all these sensitive places.

A dear neighbour friend once told me in my first year when I asked her what to do when I have a car accident on the street?. Shall I call the police and wait at the site of accident until the police officer comes?. She answered NO to both questions simply because I would be waiting for a long time!!.

The presence of a security personal on the streets walking or riding a car is a detterrence to criminals of all kinds. Also, It may solve the traffic chaos which has a stranglehold on the necks of all cairo streets.

All these soliders, police officers and AMN MARKAZY people must be on the streets 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so we can all feel secure to walk and drive to and from anywhere.

All the best
