Dear All:

 

A)We know about the questioning of Mr. Hisham and Tarek Talaat Mustafa about their sale of units in El-Rehab with a very very special prices to Gamal and Alaa Mobarak, Anas El-Feky and many of the leaders in the previous corupt Mobarak Regime.

 

B) We also know that the Previous Minster of Justice, Minster of Labor, very well known Laweyrs, Generals, Judges,  relatives of high figurs, and highly connected people  to the previous corupt regime, all live in El-Rehab and were given  favourable prices, favourable  payments schedule, special finishing to their units..etc.

 

C) If this was the case, why do not we all get the same treatment especialy when it comes to pricing of the units.

 

D) I realy beleive that we must invetigate this situation and ask the Talaat Mustafa Group to correct it and , at least, to be fair in its treatment to all owners.

 

E) I ask the legal scholars of our site, like Attny: Ahmed Salem and Mr. Mustashar to write their opinion about such action.

 

People charged me that I'm always critisizing the JEHAZ and TMG. This is because I see so many of their shortcomings and very few of their good deeds.
