Dear All: Kul Aam Wa Antom Bekhair.

 

A) I like to hear anything about this JEHAZ doing something right and good for the residence of this great city.

 

B) I like to hear that they figured out a way to work the enterances gates and keep the city for its residence. they tried 3 times and still cann't reach a solution.

 

C) I like to hear that they are planning on building a fence around the city to protect its residence.

 

D) I like to hear that they cleaned the SOOK area and fixed the streets for the safety of the cars and the residence.

 

E) I like to hear........etc.

 

ALL THESE AND THE JEHAZ IS ASKING US TO PAY MAINTENANCE DIFFRENCES. !!!!!! Can you beleive it.

 

We the Rehabowners Group decided not to pay these illegal increase without any explanation and lack of accounting transparency.

 

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE NOT TO PAY THE MAINTENENCE DIFFERENCES UNTIL WE SEE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY.

 

They can threaten us to go to court. I tell them please take us to court. In court we can have a chance to ask them to show us the reasons for all the yearly increases. We can ask them about our maintenance deposites which we paid at the begining and what they did and do with it. THIS IS A SCAM AND WE MUST FIGHT IT AND STOP IT.
